New Esri LATAM Regional Support for Spatial Customers

Spatial clients will now benefit from world-class support with a new Esri LATAM Regional Support Center partnership. Commencing November 1st 2020, all clients current on Maintenance will have access to this award winning service.

The Support Center brings with it software professionals knowledgeable in every area of the ArcGIS technology and a commitment to service in record time.

Based in Bogota, Colombia, the Support Center is part of Esri’s global support network with over 400 support analysts and a more than 94% customer satisfaction rating.
