The URISA Caribbean Conference in its fourth year is fully geared to challenge its participants; better enabling them to manage, analyze, plan and implement technology for greater output, within their individual fields. Themed paralleled discourses on: Disaster Management, Public Health and Safety and Standards Policy and Management, are to be explored. Topics such as Web Imagery, 3D Visualization and GIS in education will also be reviewed. A GIS poster competition is to be held.
